Head buyer Marcel Barzilay finds a software solution that allows him to quickly get a grip on all existing and new procurement contracts. When it is time to evaluate or the notice period is approaching, the person in charge receives a notification.

 

## Challenge

Above all, Barzilay doesn’t want to overcomplicate things. He is looking for a tool that he can implement quickly and where he pays according to use. The system must work intuitively and the supplier must be a sparring partner who helps set up contract management.
