Introduction
Every contract contains important and less important parts. But how do you keep a grip on parts that you want to manage and that keep coming back? We distinguish three different contract categories for repeatable activities. Activities through tacit contract renewal. Activities in contracts. Activities through contracts
Repetitive activity
Managing the content of a contract may mean that you have to perform the same type of action during a certain frequency. An example of this is, for example, scheduling an annual evaluation, but also scheduling the checking or billing of periodically agreed parts.

What is this eBook about
For contracts between companies, what is in the contract about the notice period and the period by which the contract is extended is leading. It is possible that these contractual parts are not included in the contract itself, but that they are included in the General Terms and Conditions referred to in the contract.
These are activities that arise from the content of a contract but with a different frequency than the frequency of the duration of the contract.
You can think of activities of stakeholders related to the (annual) indexation of an (annual) payment within a contract with a duration of 4 years. At the same time, there may also be activities that must be carried out by other stakeholders with a different frequency.
Contract activities
Every contract contains important and less important parts. But how do you keep a grip on parts that you want to manage and that keep coming back?
Repetitive activity
You can therefore get repeatable activities by extending a contract, but also repeatable activities within or about the contract. And that can differ per contract. And per contract you have to deal with different stakeholders. How do you get a grip on that?
Silent extension
Companies (including sole proprietorships and general partnerships) are therefore bound by the agreements and rules stated in the contract and the General Terms and Conditions. The effect of the tacit renewal goes beyond just managing the end date.
