Configuring create permissions refers to the process of setting up access controls and defining who has the authority to create and generate specific resources within Mochadocs. Create permissions are an part of access management and security, ensuring that only authorized users can initiate new items, such as contracts, entities, documents, files, or even relations. 

 

Enable or disable individual features | Mochadocs

 

Enable or disable Create Permissions

 

 

 

Step 1 - Select "Users" in your workspace

Go to your workspace and select "Users".

Step 2 - Click on "Change Access" behind the requested user

When clicking "Change Access" you can set Create, View (Read), Update, and Delete rights per user. We will now focus on Creator (Create).

For creator rights use the switches in the Creator (Second Area).

You can make the following choices

 

General

  • Delete Dynamic/Static Lists
  • Create and update Relations

Contract Management

  • Create and update Contracts
  • Accept Deletion Requests
