How to add an entity to your Mochadocs workspace?

Adding an entity to contract might be a crucial step in ensuring effective contract management within an organization., An entity, in this context, typically refers to a business unit, department, subsidiary, ;egal entity, or any distinct organizational entity that engages in contractual relationships. The process of associating contracts with the right entity involves linking each contract to the specific business unit or legal entity that is party to the agreement.

 

Step 1

Go to Configuration and select "Entities"

 

Go to Mochadocs Configuration

 

Step 2

Click on "Add Entity" button

Step 3

Specify the desired entity, which could encompass an organizational, geographical, legal, or any other type of entity you prefer.

 

Add an Entity to the Mochadocs workspace

 

Your newly created entity has been integrated into the workspace, allowing you to store contracts within it.
