There is a good chance that you have not registered all appointments correctly. The best thing to do is to go after it as soon as possible. Keep in mind that requesting contracts and metadata can take quite some time.
How much time exactly?
It is difficult to give an unequivocal answer to that. It depends on many variables (how quickly you have your own metadata on the table, which contract management system do you use, how quickly and how accurately suppliers respond, how much experience do you have, etc.), but as a general rule of thumb:
Prevent unnecessary extensions and price increases
That is why you request contracts from suppliers and associated metadata such as start date, duration and notice and extension period. It is best to start as soon as possible to get your contract register in order.
